About this opportunity

An online-audition competition with a winners' concert in Brussels. You submit a video by YouTube link, a jury scores that recording, and the final selection of winners is made solely on the footage - there is no live round to play your way into. Scores of 90-100 take first prize, 80-89 second, 70-79 third, and multiple winners can be named in each age group.

Open to any nationality and any age, across piano, strings, guitar, winds, brass, voice and chamber formations. Categories run from Young Musician (8 and under, five minutes) through Junior, Intermediate and Advanced to Senior (no age limit, ten minutes), with separate chamber groups. Repertoire must be classical, Baroque through contemporary, and the recording should fairly represent your playing but does not have to be professionally produced.

It is worth being clear about what you pay and what you get. There is no cash prize. Selected winners are invited to perform at the Studio Recital Hall of the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels on 21-22 December 2026 and receive digital photographs, a 3D-sculpted medal and a diploma at no charge; if you cannot travel, the medal and diploma are posted to you. Travel and accommodation are your own cost, and the ceremony performance is unpaid. From that concert, some winners are picked for paid recitals and orchestral concerts in Italy through the artistic director.

Entry costs EUR 185 for soloists or EUR 130 per ensemble member, plus a EUR 10 processing fee, and is non-refundable. The deadline is 20 October 2026, with results on 27 October. Jury comments and scores are not shared.
