Per Chi Crea – Professionalizzazione degli artisti

Also run by SIAE and Italy's Ministry of Culture under "Per Chi Crea," this fund pays for professional development rather than a finished piece of work — masterclasses, residencies, training courses and seminars designed to build a young creator's skills, with music one of seven eligible sectors. The person benefiting has to be under 35 and either live in Italy or hold Italian citizenship while based abroad.

As with the fund's other strands, the applicant is an organisation or individual proposing the training project on the artist's behalf, not the artist applying directly. This year's call introduced new minimum and maximum limits on how many training hours a project must offer and how many artists can take part, set out in Article 2 of the guidelines, so a project pitched too small or too large won't qualify. The call doesn't publish a flat funding ceiling; eligible costs are defined project by project instead.

Applications open 14 September and close at 14:00 on 29 October 2026, via the bandiperchicrea.it portal, with supporting documents specified in Article 7 of the guidelines. Submissions go through an administrative check first, then an independent panel of outside experts reviews them on substance. Winners are published on the Per Chi Crea site by 1 March 2027.
