This covers the cost of getting somewhere — travel, accommodation and visas, plus logistics such as excess baggage, freight, customs and taxes — so that francophone artists can perform, sell and learn abroad. Music sits in the live-performance category alongside theatre, dance, comedy and storytelling. Three kinds of trip qualify: travelling to a festival, exhibition or awards ceremony; travelling to a fair or cultural market to prospect and build partnerships; and travelling for a masterclass, workshop or short training. One application, one destination.
You need to be a professional artist or a constituted collective with a demonstrable link to the francophone world, to come from and live in an OIF member state, and to have worked in the sector for at least two years. One application per person. The trip must last at least five days excluding travel and no more than three months, and must take place between 25 March and 31 November 2026.
Artist mobility is capped at €5,000 per project and movement of cultural goods at €2,500; the two can be combined. Payment is 80% on signature and 20% once the final report is approved, so you carry the balance yourself — and the scoring explicitly rewards being able to.
Applications ran from 23 February to 31 August 2026 with quarterly selection rounds. A three-person panel scores out of 100 and only projects above 70 are considered; design and feasibility carries the most weight, and anything below 10 out of 25 on financial capacity is eliminated outright.
