If you work professionally in live music and are based in the Region of Murcia, this covers part of what it costs to play outside the region. The stated scope is narrow and practical: travel to the town where the concert happens, meals and accommodation, for dates anywhere else in Spain or abroad. Nothing else is listed as covered.

Eligibility is administrative rather than artistic. You must be an individual or a company with fiscal domicile in Murcia, working professionally in live music, and registered under Spanish economic-activity tax headings 965.1 to 965.4. The aid is granted under de minimis rules, so other de minimis support you have received counts against your ceiling.

It works as a reimbursement, and the paperwork makes that obvious. Along with the form you file proof the concerts took place, the contract between promoter and artist, social-security TC2 records for everyone who worked each date, receipts and payment evidence for accommodation and public transport, a simplified financial report, an artistic history of the group, and photographic proof that the ICA logo and regional branding appeared.

Awards are non-competitive: applications are judged against the rules rather than against each other, in order of arrival. The window runs to 31 December 2026. Submission is electronic only and needs a Spanish electronic ID, digital certificate or Cl@ve, and everything is in Spanish. A decision takes up to six months, and silence counts as refusal.
