Illes Balears – Ayudas para apoyar la proyección exterior de la música (2026)

Support from the Balearic Islands' Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics for getting Balearic music heard beyond the islands, and for moving between them. Two lines run in parallel. Mobility covers the travel of people going somewhere to perform or present the work. External projection covers promotional materials and the wider business of putting Balearic artists and their music in front of audiences and industry elsewhere. The 2026 call covers activity between 16 September 2025 and 15 September 2026. The mobility line is open to individuals and organisations regardless of where they pay tax, so long as the purpose is promoting Balearic artists professionally, and informal groupings without legal personality can apply. The external-projection line is tighter: you need to be registered for economic activity under headings covering musical performance or composition, artist representation, phonogram production or the production of music shows. If you are not registered under those headings, you must show at least three years of demonstrated professional music activity, and then you may only apply for promotional materials. Promoters, festivals and record labels presenting Balearic music or musicians also qualify. Applications are filed only online through the CAIB electronic office and require a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve. There are two submission windows and which one you use depends on when your activity takes place; the second closes on 4 September 2026. A decision follows within six months of a window closing.
