Navarra – Artem Exporta 2026 (giras y ferias)

Money from the Navarre regional government for taking work made in Navarre outside the region. Two kinds of activity qualify: getting your production booked and performed beyond Navarre, and attending trade fairs or closed showcases for programmers and distributors held elsewhere. Everything funded has to take place outside the Comunidad Foral, so this is not support for playing at home.

It is open to individuals born in Navarre or registered as resident there since at least 1 January 2025, and to companies, partnerships and other business entities based in the region. Each applicant may put forward one project per call.

The award covers up to 70 percent of the accepted budget and no more than EUR 3,000 per project, drawn from a total pot of EUR 20,000, so the sums are modest and the competition real. Eligible costs are the practical ones: wages or fees for the artistic and technical team, including social security where people are on contract, travel, accommodation and meals for those involved, and transport of the equipment the performance needs. Fair attendance is covered too, including registration, stand rental and stand services, and hire of space for showcases. Promotion, digitisation and sales costs are allowed but capped at 15 percent of accepted expenses.

Applications are assessed individually as they come in rather than ranked against each other in a single sitting, which is unusual and worth knowing.
