The publisher of the recording, or the artist with a written agreement from the publisher. Applicants need a Norwegian organisation number, and the creators must have their main work and residence in Norway. The release must already be out - published within the last six months - publicly available digitally and/or physically, at least 25 minutes long, and have cover art.
